This past month has been the end of an era for our kids as E took part in her final sports day, attended her final presentation day, and celebrated the last month of her time in primary school with a spectacular leavers party.

To say that it was emotional is an understatement, even E shed a tear or two after walking under the arms of her teachers, teaching assistants, and school staff as they made an arch and wished the kids all the best for the future as they left on their final day.
Come September E will be starting secondary school, whilst her big brother J will be in his final year and sitting his GCSE examinations. It’s all change and it’s brought to light just how quickly the kids have grown up. Paul and I are starting to feel our age a little, though we’re still down for socialising until the early hours and waking the next day like bears with sore heads wishing we’d made more informed life choices… some things never change!
Thank you for reading this month’s #LivingArrows . I look forward to catching up with your #LivingArrows either through your posts or comments on this post.
