Though April has felt like an especially long month for myself, on the flip side – time seems to be flying for the kids. Whilst J has been busy preparing himself for his upcoming GCSE exams, E has been occupied studying for her SATs and adding climbing to her skillset. Not only did she impress us all with her speedy, no-fear, climbing skills at Clip ‘n’ Climb but she was then invited to a climbing wall-based birthday party at one of our local climbing centres. Needless to say, E was very much ‘up’ for it and had great fun ‘hanging around’ with her friends as they celebrated the event.
I personally couldn’t think of anything less appealing than climbing. Whilst I’m quite happy to zip up and down rollercoaster rides at great heights, I’m not at all keen on scaling heights without speed… E thankfully doesn’t seem to suffer from vertigo like myself thus she’s sporting a super smile on this snapshot.
Thank you for reading this month’s #LivingArrows . I look forward to catching up with your #LivingArrows either through your posts or comments on this post.
