I said receive numerous products and services free of charge so that I am able to conduct honest blog posts. These may be reviews, recipes or featured items. All of my reviews are written as honestly and constructively as possible and all views and opinions expressed are my own.

I always ensure that a disclosure statement has been included at the end of any such posts if something has been received in order for me to complete a blog post/ review. Review items sent are kept as payment for said posts.

However, if links are included within a post where there is no such disclosure statement then I have ensured that I have included links so that readers can find further information should they wish. I would like to point out that this isn’t because I have received anything in exchange for a blog post, it is simply for the reader’s benefit.

At times I include sponsored posts which I may have been compensated for. A disclosure statement stating that these posts are either collaborative, featured or guest posts is always included at the finish of such posts.

I am also a participant of the Google Adsense programme, an affiliate advertising scheme designed to provide a means for sites to earn fees through banners and advertisement. You may see these banners featured within the header and footer of my site.

Any content on my blog that does not include a disclosure statement has been written by myself and I have not been compensated nor received anything in exchange for these posts.
