#LittleLoves – July 2020

After almost an entire month of dank and dismal wet weather, we conclude July with a stunning but scorching sunshine day. Here are a few of my #LittleLoves from the past month.

Read

Other than the news, I’ve not read an awful lot during the past month. I have however been dipping in and out of my copy of ‘Seventy Eight Degrees of Wisdom‘ and I fully intend to fall back into my fiction over the next couple of weeks.

Watched

Having sucked various streaming services dry, Paul and I have since started watching ‘Call The Midwife‘. It’s not a program that I would have considered watching up until now, however, my Dad seemed to be enjoying watching this show and whilst I’ve been back and forth looking after him, I too have joined him in watching a few episodes and now I’m hooked!…

#LittleLoves – June 2020

Where on earth is the time going to of late?  It’s the last Friday of June already and here we are once again reflecting upon some of the brighter moments from the month gone by.

Read

I’ve spent the past month with my nose firmly wedged between the cover of many books and as mentioned last month – I downloaded some sample copies (the first few chapters) of Melissa Cynova’s ‘Kitchen Table Tarot’, Michelle Tea’s ‘Modern Tarot’ and Bakara Wintner’s ‘WTF Is Tarot & How Do I Do It?’, all of which I’ve since purchased and have read from cover to cover.…

Without further whining or waffling, here are a few of my #LittleLoves from the month gone by…

Given that we are in lockdown you’d expect that I’d have plenty of time to read books but that’s not quite the case. If I’m not busy homeschooling the kids then I’m either running back and forth to my folks to provide care or I’m busy on the phone talking to some consultant, nurse, secretary, or someone or other regarding drugs, doses or treatment plans… it’s endless!…

#LittleLoves – March 2020

I’ll level with you – there isn’t much that I’ve particularly ‘liked’ nor appreciated throughout March nor the current year if I’m honest. People are forever telling me to look at the positives but right now, at this moment in time, it’s not that easy.

I’m well aware that the UK is on lockdown and that the entire world is suffering and struggling with what has very quickly grown to be a pandemic. Covid 19 however, is the least of my worries at present. This statement itself (without illustrating my issues any further) may give you some insight into just how tough times are.…
