#LittleLoves – December 2020

It’s been another difficult and draining month, yet somehow we’ve managed to make it through the month, and what’s more, we’ve made the most of an emotionally exhausting time for the sake of the kids – I’m so glad that we’ve got J & E to keep us trudging on, I’m not sure where I’d be without them.

So without further ado, here’s a few of my #LittleLoves from the final month of what has been the worst year of my life thus far.

Read

Whilst I’d fully intended to spend a little time relaxing with a good read, I’ve simply not had the time to read anything other than my darling Dad’s documents, which I’ve spent the past month sifting through trying to get things organised and arranged on behalf of my Mum. …

#LittleLoves – November 2020

It feels so very wrong writing a positive post at present, though I know that life must go on and that I must look to those moments, times, and things that bring joy and light to my life. Though he’s no longer here, I know deep down that my Dad would want me to be happy, he’d want me to make the best of and to enjoy my life and so I will write this post for him.

Read

Though it covered a rather sore subject, I finally completed reading Cecelia Ahern’s ‘Postscript’ this month. It was an emotional but enjoyable read which I would much recommend should you have already read PS I Love You. …

#LittleLoves – October 2020

I cannot fathom that October is almost over already – where has the time gone?! We may well be slowly losing our sanity whilst locked inside but those clocks keep on ticking… Here are a few of my #LittleLoves from the past month.

Read

Back in 2006 I read Cecelia Ahern’s ‘PS I Love You’ and shortly after I’d finished reading Cecelia’s award-winning book, the film was then released. #LittleLoves – September 2020

Talk about juggling plates, this month has been non-stop and I feel as if I’m trying to split myself into four thus I’ve had very little time for leisure or pleasure. Though time is now limited, here are a few of my #LittleLoves from the past month.

Read

Oh to have the time to read for pleasure – sure I’ve done plenty of reading for work and I’ve kept up with the daily news but other than that I’ve not read much at all recently.

Watched

September has brought a little normality ‘back to the box’ and back into our living rooms as Eastenders, Gogglebox, and The Bake Off have finally returned to our screens.…

#LittleLoves – August 2020

As if summer is almost over, where the heck did the time go? Seriously, how can it be almost September?! I guess I’d best get with the times and give you the lowdown on August, here goes…

Read

I’d best hold my hands up and come clean; I’ve read next to nothing this month. Although I’ve got a few things stored and sat on my kindle ready to read, I just haven’t had the time nor inclination to bother with books.

Watched

Throughout August Paul and I have continued to watch ‘Call The Midwife’, though we are obviously snails when it comes to box-set-binging as we’re yet to complete series nine.…
