As I’ve explained in past posts, our four-year old daughter E is rather partial to playing with Num Noms, sweet, stackable and smelly little toys which she has collected an impressive amount of throughout the past two years.
Num Nom’s Snackables Dippers
We were recently sent three blind packs of Num Noms Snackables Dippers for E to put to the test and to share on this here blog.
Having received our sets of Num Noms Snackables Dippers, E hastily opened each package, carefully laying out the contents of each box upon the table.
What’s Included?
Each ‘Num Nom’s Snackables Dippers’ box contains:
- 2 x Big Dipper Num Noms Figures
- 1 x Secret Sauce Compartment
- 1 x Collector’s Menu
Making Playtime Magic
Ideal for children ages three years and over, the ‘Num Nom’s Snackables Dippers’ figures contain a surprise element in that they colour-change when dipped in ice-cold water.
Despite being provided with three ‘secret sauce compartments’ which to fill with ice-cold water, we found that these were a little on the small side and therefore opted to use Tupperware tubs as an alternate, larger option.
We began by placing the figures in ‘cold water’ but found that it perhaps wasn’t cold enough as they didn’t seem to colour change, having run the tap until the water was ice-cold we then saw a change as the Num Nom Snackables figures began developing spots and alternate colours in response to the temperature.
E was rather delighted by the magic and we spent some time working at the table with an array of tea towels and dishes of water with which for her to repeat the colour-changing process time and time again.
Purchasing & Pricing Information
There are a wide range of Num Noms Snackables Dippers to collect, all of which are available to purchase from a wide range of high-street retailers and online stores including Amazon and Smyths Toys. Retailing from £5.99, these cute little kits are the ideal sensory toy for making playtime magic.
Our Final Thoughts Upon These Super Snacks
E adores her Num Nom’s figures, she has since added her Snackables Dippers to her Num Nom’s carry case which is now teaming with Num Noms toys much to our daughter delight.
I would certainly recommend the Num Nom’s Snackables Dippers kits, although would suggest perhaps using a larger container for which to dip the figures into when colour-changing.
