#MySundayPhoto – Double Trouble

Welcome to another #MySundayPhoto, this week I thought I’d share a rather stunning shot of ‘double trouble’ as I like to call them AKA my kids.

These two little people are my entire World. They are both funny, clever, cute, imaginative and together they are TROUBLE!

We invited the in-laws around this evening for dinner, between J & E we couldn’t conduct a conversation over the screaming and shouting taking place in what was originally my living room but within the short space of twenty minutes transformed into a bomb site.

I do love them both dearly but my ear drums aren’t getting any younger and whilst I have been subjected to ‘loud’ sounds in my time, put the kids together and the noise levels hit decibels never yet seen before…

You know the old saying “can’t live with them, can’t live without them”? I think this applies to siblings as one moment they are cuddling up watching the TV happily and the next they are screaming at each other over something usually fairly trivial.

I hope with time that the screaming will subside and they can continue to play serenely, peacefully and without any need for me to shout “right that’s it!”… and pink elephants just flew past my window.
