#TheOrdinaryMoments – Girly Time Gingerbread Biscuits

Having altered my weekly timetable in order to gain a little home-work-life balance, I am now able to spend two afternoons per week with my delightful daughter. Each week we spend an hour or two enjoying what we term as ‘girly time’ during which we usually do art, crafts or baking to while away the time prior to the boys arriving home.

This week we made gingerbread men which we had originally planned to ice but having tasted them found they were sweet enough! We’d never used cinnamon in biscuit baking before, the results were delicious and we will certainly be repeating this recipe (most likely this week coming if I have my way!).
