It’s been a fortnight since the Jubilee celebrations yet the flags are still flying proud and rightly so. Her Majesty’s Jubilee was most certainly a party to be proud of, I for one sure had fun and will hold fond memories of the event.
It won’t be too long and we will be switching the Union Jacks for the England flag whilst chanting “It’s coming home” in the hope that our boys in red and white will bring home the World Cup. It’s what to do with all our union jack bunting, flags, and such-like now that the Jubilee events are over as I have a feeling it won’t be too many years before we will need them once more.

Great pic! World Cup is so exciting. I got up early to watch ours. Couldn’t believe we snuck in!
What a striking image! I must admit our bunting is still up, but that’s more because we haven’t got round to taking it down than for any other reason. I’m sure there will be occasions to use it again in the not-too-distant future, but definitely not jubilees!
It will be weird watching the World Cup during the Winter, the last one we had a World cup party in the garden with our neighbours! I don’t think we’ll be doing that in November! Your bunting looks fabulous against the blue sky.
