#MySundaySnapshot – Winter Wanders 05/52 (2021)

Though it is most definitely winter weather, there are a few little telltale signs of spring approaching and it feels so darn good. I don’t know about you but I’m done with the dark, dreary, and dismal nights,  I for one can’t wait until March when the clocks leap forward offering us longer days and lighter evenings.

Though I love the snow and the winter weather, we simply haven’t seen enough of the white stuff to warrant anything other than a photograph. I’d have loved to have taken the kids sledging and to have spent time as a family building snowmen, making snow angels and pelting each other with snowballs but other than a dusting on the tops, we saw very little snow in comparison to the rest of the UK, how disappointing!

Still, it’s nice to see some snow ‘on the tops’ and to enjoy a wander out in the winter sunshine.
