Welcome to another week of #MySundaySnapshot, a snap-sharing-blog-linky series celebrating natural beauty. Click here for further information and guidelines on this linky if you wish to participate.
There’s nothing quite like being at home; being in your own house, sleeping in your own bed, and kicking back in your own hot tub…
Though I’ve spent the past week working my backside off, it’s the weekend at last, and we can finally relax!
Speaking of relaxing, I realised earlier this evening that I haven’t touched my laptop this week and as a result, I failed to notice that my previous week’s post had been ‘mis-scheduled’. Apologies if you were looking for the weekly #MySundaySnapshot post, but it’s there now at least.
I am wondering whether to wrap up my blog at some point soon, as I don’t often have the time to write these days. My life isn’t something I wish to share all that much these days. Let me know your thoughts.
Thanks for reading my #MySundaySnapshot post, I look forward to catching up and sharing your #MySundaySnapshot pictures either through your own posts, social media shares or comments upon this post.

I totally understand – I will be sad to see you go, as I enjoy the weekend peeks around the world, and I really like Little Loves. However, I think it’s important to only do it if you are enjoying it. That said, I regularly take 2 or 3 week breaks over the year, and a month at xmas. It gives me time to miss writing the blog, and come back with a million thing I want to discuss….so if you aren’t 100% into closing completely, maybe change the link up to fortnightly or monthly, and take breaks. Everyone understands and will be here when you are….
I’m considering a fresh start and … a whole new blog.
I’m just figuring out how to do that.
It maybe that I ask those people who want to know where to go over to email me and I can provide the new address .
Also jealous about the hot tub – how fab!
Oh we love it , it’s our one luxury we use every week no matter what the weather
That is a lovely photo!
It’s a tough decision whether to stop blogging. Maybe just cut back? I started in 2011 and posted every single day with anecdotes about my kids. They’re now 24, 21 and 19, so I rarely write about them and when I do it’s not in much detail. My blog has grown up alongside them and taken a new direction. Like you, I have less time to write, so tend to do one personal post, one book review and my Sunday photo post every week. I don’t think I will ever give up blogging, even if nobody reads it!
I’m considering starting an entirely new blog under a new name for more anonymity. I’d host linkies perhaps but under another name also. It’s just how to do it so those people who already use this blog can then continue to do so on my new one without just putting the link to a new blog right here on this one.
I’d like a fresh start . I’m in my forties now and with the kids being older I tend not to write too much about them as I want to give them that space also.
Ah legs and feet in the hot tub, not my think but I’m sure it was relaxing
For me, taking a break every now and then helps a lot. I take at least two schedule breaks during the year, and short breaks as needed. It gives time to collect my thoughts and get other things done.
