The Blog With The Booty

Each week one post which has been added to the #TuesdayTreasures linky is selected by both Angela and myself to share with you all resulting in two winning posts (a winner is chosen by each of us).

This week I was particularly touched by Deaf Daddy’s post ‘Like Father Like Son‘. I myself have struggled throughout the years with hearing issues but not to the same extent as ‘Deaf Daddy’. I couldn’t imagine what it would be like to fully lose my hearing, it must be so debilitating and frustrating.

Having children is one of the biggest responsibilities that we as humans will ever take on. The worries that we have as parents are never ending but one of my personal worries is that my children may also suffer with hereditary medical issues that I myself have endured.

Deaf Daddy discusses the worries that he had regarding his own children being born deaf and the trials and tribulations that took place following the birth of his son in his latest post ‘Like Father Like Son‘. It’s certainly worth a read as it strikes some serious heart strings.

Deaf Daddy is a thirty-one year old married guy with two young boys, Freddie (4) and Zachary (7 months). He blogs over at The Deaf Daddy, where you can read more of his posts.
