Earlier this week my daughter and I sat with the Hama beads and within an hour or two we’d put together this rather bright and beautiful star, which we then ironed to set. The shape, the patterns and the colours were all chosen by E, she has such a keen eye for anything arty, bless her.
We got a large tub of Hama beads for the kids maybe four or five years ago which has lasted us until now, thus I’ve since ordered further Hama beads (and moulds) which I am sure that the kids will make use of, especially during the current lockdown.
This particular star was designed and created with the purpose of bringing cheer to my Mum (E’S Nana B) during what is currently a dark and difficult time. My little lady is so incredibly caring, kind and thoughtful, she is also incredibly beautiful – just like this star.
