So there we have it, the holidays are officially over and the kids are both back at school, leaving me sitting in an eerily silent and stress-free house. It’s only 10 am and already I’ve managed to make the beds, wash the pots, empty the dishwasher, do two loads of laundry, tidy downstairs, complete this weeks lesson plans for work, sort through and reply to my emails, and I’ve even tidied and arranged the car boot! Following what was an incredibly busy week for us all, we spent the weekend relaxing and enjoying time together as a family in our gorgeous garden. We are so lucky to have this space, especially so over the past year as the kids have been able to get out and enjoy the sunshine in a spacious, safe space.
