Having made it through the first week back at school, we’ve enjoyed yet another super sunny weekend scooting, swinging, strolling, and scoffing in the sunshine. We’ve barely been indoors of late and I for one am making the most of the sunshine before the rain returns… E spent time enjoying a walk with her Nanna and the dogs, she loves looking at all the flowers and later finding them in her fairy books. Over the weekend my husband often takes the kids and the dog out on walks, leaving me to catch up on the housework or to take five and enjoy the peace. As much as I love spending time with my family, it’s also healthy to have time out and to spend a little time in your own company now and then.
