I’m not a huge fan of November, not only is it one of the most miserable months of the year weather-wise, it’s historically been the month for tragedies and loss within our family, and whilst I’d hoped to avoid such sorrows this year, sadly that’s not the case. the dickensian festival
We spent Saturday strolling around the streets enjoying Dickensian delights with the kids. It’s the first time in a few years that we’ve been able to attend the local Dickensian festivities due to bad weather and of course, the pandemic. It was great to get out, to share some mulled wine and a few mince pies whilst enjoying the atmosphere and getting in the mood for Christmas.
