October has been a quiet month. We haven’t done a huge amount but given that we’ve spent the past two weeks recovering from the lurgy (covid), there’s not a lot that we were able to do other than to ride out the virus. Thankfully we’re all better now other than having such rattly chests that we sound like heavy smokers thus I’m hoping we can march on through till Christmas without having to raid the medicine cabinet. I’m not a huge fan of November, not only is it one of the most miserable months of the year weather-wise, it’s historically been the month for tragedies and loss within our family, and whilst I’d hoped to avoid such sorrows this year, sadly that’s not the case. Without further ado, here are some of the things that I have #LikedandLoved throughout September. Back To School It was a staggered start for the kids this year as they returned to school within a week of each other. …
So here we are at the end of November already, Christmas is literally right around the corner and I for one cannot wait. Though it’s been an emotional month (as we marked a year since my darling Dad’s passing) we’ve done our best to keep busy and to stay upbeat. So without further ado, here are a few of my #LittleLoves for the past thirty days or so. Read I’ve spent the past couple of months working alongside a colleague trained in ‘Wellbeing’ and after practising a few of her relaxation and lifestyle tips I’ve found myself incorporating ‘wellbeing’ techniques …
