I’m quite a thoughtful person by nature; I often sit up till stupid o’clock thinking, wondering and generally bashing my brain with quizzical ideas, hopes for the future, masses of memories, realms of regrets and anything else that niggles itself into my noggin. As you can imagine this leaves me with very little time for sleep! I therefore often laze till as late as I possibly can before clambering from my pit. I almost never feel fully rested and am forever tired but there’s very little I can do to ‘switch off’. My mind is a labyrinth of information, I’m never…
sleep
Our little lady has never been the best sleeper. As a result, my husband and I have grown accustomed to a serious lack of sleep over the past five and a half years. E wakes at almost anything, thus we are often seen creeping stealthily around the house like ninjas through the night. Once upon a time I too used to join them for dinner but since my Sunday shifts started a couple of years ago I have been unable to do so, luckily I still get to enjoy a pub roast whilst working but I often wonder what my little ones are up to whilst I’m busy being a barmaid. The kids love going to their Nana and Grandad’s house, they live by a farm which the kids enjoy…
