I wish I could write more over the weekend but with work and everything else I just haven’t the time nor the energy to do much of anything. I think the winter nights have a lot to answer for as like many people I suffer with SAD (seasonal affective disorder) as a result of which I lack energy, suffer with low moods and feel generally worn out and worn down during the winter months. I’m not one that believes in superstition, karma, or fate but thanks to my struggle with OCD (obsessive compulsive disorder) I often find it hard to ignore certain signals thanks to that little voice in my head which warns me that unless I salute the magpie which just flew past or touch a piece of wood whilst discussing matters of progress that I may just be struck by lightning.
