#MySundaySnapshot – Life In The Lakes 1/52 (2020)

Welcome to the first  #MySundaySnapshot post of 2020!  For those of you that may be new to this blog series, #MySundaySnapshot is a weekly blog-linky (which you are more than welcome to join) that was designed and set up simply to share snapshots. Although one of my goals for 2020 was to take more pictures, I’ve had to let that ride this week as our son has been in surgery – thus we’ve been somewhat preoccupied with his recovery.

#MySundaySnapshot – Wishes 52/52 (2019)

Welcome to what will be the final week of the #MySundaySnapshot blog series for 2019. I cannot believe that I began this linky a whole year ago, how time flies! I’ve really enjoyed sharing, viewing and commenting upon everyone’s snaps throughout the year.

#MySundaySnapshot will continue throughout 2020, I’d love for you to join in. Click here for further information and guidelines upon this linky should you wish to take part.

Following what was a fantastic Christmas, we’ve now cleared away the Christmas clutter and are looking forward to bringing in the New Year.

As always, I will be taking the time to write a reflective post upon 2019, highlighting all the things which we achieved from our bucket/ wishlist for the year (and more) and of course, putting together a new wish list for 2020.…

After what I can only describe as a manically busy and extremely exhausting week, I took great pleasure in turning off my alarm and enjoying a rather late and lazy Saturday morning.…

Well, we quite literally shopped till we dropped this weekend and I’m pleased to report that we officially have Christmas covered. I’ve still got my cards to write (which I’m hoping to get signed and sent before the week is out) then we just need to fill the fridge with festive goodies and we are ready to rock and roll.

We were given a ‘kid-free night’ this week thanks to my folks and whilst we’d have loved to have gone out and got merry, we just had way too much wrapping to do.…
