Having worked his stripy socks off for the past however many weeks of home-schooling, J was electronically awarded the lighthouse award late last week. To celebrate his achievement he decided to create a virtual lighthouse using his beloved Minecraft game. #TheOrdinaryMoments – Building Before Bedtime

We are fairly rigid in our routine, especially so when it comes to bedtime. We usually give the kids their supper whilst they watch a cartoon or two on the couch, they then have their baths and get ready for bed before settling down with a book or two. This evening, however, we mixed things up a little and it’s been quite nice to do things a little differently. I haven’t taken a huge amount of pictures this month, as since the kids have returned to school things have been a little hectic. I’d forgotten how hard it was to fit a million jobs into the space of an evening, thus I’ve had to let a few things slide, shooting pictures being one of them.
