Our little lady is so crafty and not just in the arty way. She loves nothing more than having a project to work upon, especially so if it results in creating something which she can use or display. The kids are doing so well considering the current lockdown malarkey – we’ve really got into the swing of homeschooling and between the four of us, we’ve established a pretty rocking routine! Paul and Joe Wicks start the day with PE followed by Newsround and a short break. I then continue with spellings, handwriting, literacy, reading, grammar, writing, arithmetic, and mathematics before lunch.
Earlier this week my daughter and I sat with the Hama beads and within an hour or two we’d put together this rather bright and beautiful star, which we then ironed to set. With Christmas just around the corner I’ve spent the past few weeks on a super shopping spree in order to sort Santa’s sacks (pardon the pun). I started planning presents months back, plans may be one thing but purchases are another and I’m terrible for holding out for a bargain which is why I’ve left it until now to finalise my festive purchases for family and friends.
