So here we go again- it’s the start of yet another week and just like that, we are already halfway to half-term not that I’m counting the days or anything… Though it was a rather wet, windy and rainy weekend, we still managed a couple of trips out, though we avoided getting wet and so enjoyed our weekly burgers from the comfort of my Mum’s kitchen.
