Autumn’s arrival hasn’t been quite as golden and glowing as I’d have hoped as the weather seems to have taken a turn for the worse. I’m not one that believes in superstition, karma, or fate but thanks to my struggle with OCD (obsessive compulsive disorder) I often find it hard to ignore certain signals thanks to that little voice in my head which warns me that unless I salute the magpie which just flew past or touch a piece of wood whilst discussing matters of progress that I may just be struck by lightning.
