It’s mi- January thus rather nippy outside yet my kids must have no sense or no feeling as they still opt to go without wearing a coat whilst out riding their bikes during winter. Whilst Paul and J were merrily cycling along the seawall, E and I continued building her confidence and balance whilst riding her bike around the cul-de-sac and I would say that by Easter she’ll be just about ready to join us for a ride out to her Grandparents and back. E may well have taken her sweet time to master the art of riding a bike …

Welcome to this week’s #MySundaySnapshot post, which is part of a snap-sharing-blog-linky series that you are very welcome to join. Click here for further information and guidelines upon this linky should you wish to take part. Having spent the entirety of last weekend running back and forth from the bathroom either for my own needs or following my children’s whimpers, I am rather relieved that we’ve finally recovered (though we all are still very struggling with fatigue and a strange lack of appetite) and that we can spend this weekend enjoying bike rides, dog walks, and with a little luck, I’m hoping that we may …
Though I adore autumn, I’ll openly admit that I’m not the biggest fan of September as a month as it just seems to drag somehow. Loving The Living Room After having wood-effect flooring laid throughout the kitchen and the living room, I felt that we needed warmth in …
I love the freedom that the summer holidays bring, the freedom to ditch the routine in favour of whatever you fancy. I half expected for the kids to sleep in most mornings but no matter whether they go to bed early, late or at the usual time, their body clocks seem to be stuck in school mode. I can’t say I’m entirely the same…thus they see me wearing my dressing gown for the majority of the morning! We have such creative and crazy little kids, they are either busy drawing, colouring or building some sort of fort, either that or …

It’s been donkies since I’ve donned the lycra for downward dog and all that. I once loved my Yoga lessons but with the kids after-school activities and everything else that we somehow squeeze into our weekly schedule, there seemed to be very little time for anything Paul or I fancied …
