Half term came to a close last night after what was a wonderful but incredibly busy week of sunshine, DIY chaos, and a fair amount of family fun. The kids have now returned to school as our regular routine has resumed, though I’m pretty sure that the next six weeks will no doubt fly by and before it’ll be the summer holidays before we know it. It wasn’t until this week when I had some time to sit and clear out the kids wardrobes, that I came to realise just how much our two have grown over these past few months. J is one size off being able to share my shoes and only a few inches from being able to look me straight in the eye.
