Whilst I’ve been occupied with work, the kids have entertained themselves with endless trips, activities, or playdates out and about with family and friends. I don’t think that there’s been a day gone by when E hasn’t either been playing at a friend’s house or had a friend come over …
Though the majority of August has felt somewhat autumnal in terms of the weather, the kids have had a busy few weeks enjoying time with their friends, taking trips to the cinema, spending afternoons out shopping, going on days out to Blackpool, and E celebrated her eleventh birthday whilst J collected an amazing GCSE result for his RE GCSE which he sat earlier this year.
