Though April has felt like an especially long month for myself, on the flip side – time seems to be flying for the kids. Whilst J has been busy preparing himself for his upcoming GCSE exams, E has been occupied studying for her SATs and adding climbing to her skillset. Not only did she impress us all with her speedy, no-fear, climbing skills at Clip ‘n’ Climb but she was then invited to a climbing wall-based birthday party at one of our local climbing centres. So here we are at the end of April, yet another month has flown by leading us into summer at light speed. Here are some of the things that we have #LikedandLoved during the past thirty days or so. Fabulous Forty Paul turned the fabulous age of forty at the beginning of the month. We celebrated with cake, balloons, a family meal and get-together, a weekend in Edinburgh, and a family day out in Manchester. He was also spoilt rotten with cards, presents, and a whole lot of love.
