One Of My Worst Nightmares Became A Reality

One of my biggest fears became a reality yesterday, I have always worried about my children’s safety when using the stairs and yesterday my fears became a reality as my little girl took a tumble from the very top to the very bottom of our stairs.

It was early morning following breakfast, E and I were upstairs getting ready for the day. I had piled up the washing basket, the waste paper bin and some pots to bring downstairs to sort and clean as I do each day. We were just as we were about to venture downstairs, I had opened the baby gate ready for us to do our usual ‘counting the steps’ as E sits on her bum and goes down each one. …

Welcome to this weeks #TuesdayTreasures blog linky share. #TuesdayTreasures is for bloggers from all walks of life, whether you are a parenting, lifestyle or any other type of blogger you are welcome to join in and to share your posts new and old.

Each week one post which has been added to the #TuesdayTreasures linky is selected by myself to share with you all. However, E seems to have decided that she prefers to use her brothers brolly as she has a bit of a thing for rainbows bless her!

Happy Sunday Peeps, I hope that you have all had a fantastic weekend.…

Watching Your Children Grow From Babies Into ‘Little People’

I woke up with stomach ache this morning already worried about how E’s first day at Nursery will pan out. E on the other hand was still dead to World kicking out the Zzz’s while I slurped at my morning brew and tried to get a bowl of Cornflakes down the hatch. As soon as E was up and about we got ourselves ready and before I knew it, it was time to bundle her up into the car and take her to Nursery.

We arrived slightly early and went inside to explore, E instantly ran off and began joining in with the other children as they played.…
