It’s Friday yet again and of course time to list my #LittleLoves. It’s been yet another busy week for Paul and I, we have done so much that it’s all a bit of a blur really.
The kids have finally finished both school and nursery for the Christmas holidays and we can finally start to wind down or should I say rev up for Christmas. Let’s hope now that we have some time together we can relax!
I haven’t had time to read much of anything this week. After making endless applications to jobs over the past month or so I finally received an invite to an interview which will take place in January.…
Whats in Santa’s sack this year? Well thankfully I am fairly organised when it comes to Christmas, I start shopping in early September and by mid-November I have usually finished my shopping and can relax in the knowledge that Santa is sorted.
Santa has been a very busy man this year, he’s gone all out and has spent up. Those Reindeer of his will be feeling the burn as that sleigh is going to weigh heavy!

Last week Paul and I spent our last night in what has been ‘our bedroom’ for the past four and half years. Project ‘Extension’ is now complete and we are now happily settled into our ‘new room’ which is far larger and luxurious than we ever expected.
I thought I would use this weeks #LivingArrows post to share what is one of the last pictures of our bedroom before it became an empty vessel awaiting the transformation into a certain young mans bedroom.

It’s been a lonnnnnng week filled with appointments, commitments, chores and work not to mention keeping the kids entertained and fitting in a few hours of sleep here or there.
This next week is probably going to be fairly similar in that Paul and I will once again be cramming a crap load of jobs into a small space of time whilst attempting to maintain peace in the camp.
Life as a parent in the run up to Christmas is much like a clown riding a unicycle and then being thrown endless amounts of balls to juggle whilst keeping balance. It’s hard work and the moment you take your eye off the ball it all comes crashing down around your ankles.…
