Welcome to this weeks edition of #LivingArrows from the madhouse or as I like to refer to it ‘home’.
Time as always is flying by and already we have reached mid-February. As you are probably well aware Cupid is on the loose as it’s Valentines Day tomorrow.
To celebrate I decided to get my children a little something to let them know how much we love them. I have of course also got something for my hubby but will share this tomorrow to avoid spoiling any surprises.
As a little girl I loved to play with dolls, there was of course Tiny Tears, the overgrown baby and Sindy who far outshone Barbie in my eyes. …
Whilst I was out busy working behind the bar this afternoon my husband took the kidlets down the beach for some much-needed fresh air.
He may have smashed his beloved phone screen but he somehow managed to snap this beauty, a sunshine shot of the kids having climbed the dunes with the dog in tow. It was a pretty windy walk, poor J looks as if he can barely keep his eyes open!
Fun In The Dunes
I love coming home from work to be shown photos from of my family from the day. It reassures me that whilst I, the feline of the species may be away the mice certainly continue to play.…
Welcome to this weeks edition of #LittleLoves, I’m sorry it’s a bit late in the day but we’ve had a well-deserved night off from the little ones which we have thoroughly enjoyed.
It’s Valentines Weekend and we have a whole load of things planned to celebrate the occasion especially given that come Valentines Eve (Monday) Paul and I will have been together for twelve years! Crikey…that’s almost a life sentence!
I have a few things up my sleeve lined up for both Paul and the kids to celebrate and will share these over the next few days.
Anyhow, less of the ‘Valentines’ stuff as I’ll get onto that in another post, here are this weeks #LittleLoves.…
Twelve months ago I pressed ‘publish’ on my first post as ‘RachelSwirl’. Back then it was only close friends and family that read my blog, I never expected anything more from my blog as it was designed purely as an outlet for me to jot down the musings of Motherhood now and then.
Throughout the year my blog seemed to attract attention online and somehow took off in a way in which I never really expected. I very quickly became part of an online community, receiving responses from other bloggers, partaking in linkys, being sent review opportunities, creating and sharing my own blogging linky and even attending blogging conferences!…
I would like to think that I am pretty self-aware. I certainly what I like and dislike and I know that I love a ‘Tag post’ that’s for sure! So when I saw a few bloggers posting tag posts titled ‘The A-Z Of Me’ I thought why not jump on the band wagon and give it a shot myself?
Likewise if you fancy taking part in this tag then please by all means go ahead but be sure to let me know so I can have a read!
A is for Arty
I love painting, drawing and anything crafty so I guess that makes me an ‘Arty’ kinda gal.…
