#MySundayPhoto – View From The Office

So it’s Sunday and as always I should have plenty of pictures up my sleeve to share with you. As it happens I don’t have much of anything other than a snap shot taken whilst I was busy behind the bar earlier today.

I must admit the view was pretty impressive and there aren’t many people whom could boast about their view from the window whilst at work. I guess I struck lucky when I took to the pub trade all those years ago – pulling pints ain’t half bad when you’ve got this to look out upon!

I’m still planning on working at the pub for the time being but have had to cut back on hours to make time for my new role as Teaching Assistant. If it weren’t for a reduction of hours I’d barely be able to cover the housework never mind to spend time with my beautiful children which is the very reason why I’m trying to alter everything to make their lives easier and happier in the long run.

Life is all about balance, something which I’ve never been particularly gifted at neither in a physical or generally. If you could see me whilst attempting the tree pose during Yoga you’d soon get the picture, needless to say balance is something which I need to work upon. With time I’m sure that much-like my Yoga poses, I’ll work out how to balance things a little more.

Recently I’ve found that life seems to have a rather strange way of working things out when you least expect it to. For that reason I’m trusting fate to steer me in the right direction whilst I continue to follow Dory’s advice and ‘just keep swimming’ whilst trying my very best to stay afloat.
