#MySundayPhoto – Standing Strong

A few months back we had some photographs taken of us together as a family by the wonderful and rather talented Jenna Carpenter. I finally managed to get hold of my very own copy of said photographs this afternoon and thought I ought to share some snaps with you.

Flicking through the shots made me think back to that summer evening running around in the fields listening to the children giggle with glee as Jenna chased them around with her camera trying to get some decent shots of my buzz bombs.

I want to try to arrange a photo shoot at least every other year, the kids are growing so fast and trying to capture memories of us all together as a family is important to me.

There are so many photographs to choose from that it was difficult to pinpoint a favourite. However, I would like to share this particular shot with you, it seems to sum up how I feel this week… Our backs are turned but we remain standing strong together.
