The weekend is once again over, Sunday has almost come to a close and despite having ticked off numerous chores from the never-ending list I feel absolutely no satisfaction whatsoever.
I know, it sounds far too much like that classic Rolling Stones track, whether it’s the weather, a touch of tiredness or just a bout of the blues, I’m craving the five B’s (biscuits, Baileys, Bridget Jones, blogging and my bed) all of which seem to do the trick when I’m feeling this way out.
It may be June but as you can see from the sky, it’s far from summer and my mood seems to be echoing the weather with the ominous grey clouds hanging heavy. Being surrounded by such beauty is both a blessing and a curse rolled into one, one moment the suns shining and the World appears so bright, beautiful and exciting, moments later the clouds roll in, the sepia tones creep in and the entire atmosphere flips and changes somehow drawing you along for the ride.
I guess as humans we naturally follow and mirror our surroundings, whether it’s finding ourselves tittering whilst those around us share laughter or shedding a tear as you see another being in pain. Nature is an irreversibly fierce force, one which we cannot help but to mimic as we too find ourselves following our hearts, following our instincts and as the seasons and time pass us by we ourselves change, our moods alter colour, our thoughts and feelings develop and eventually we found ourselves in totally new places, new situations and despite past familiarity nothing will ever be the same again.
Thanks for reading and as always I look forward to catching up with your #MySundayPhoto pictures either through your own posts or comments upon this post.

I know what you mean by this. It seems that we are still in winter. So many times in a day that I am wearing a thicker jacket just so I can go out. Hopefully summer will arrive sooner! #mysundayphoto
What a glorious view, you can see green for miles
