Welcome to this week’s #MySundaySnapshot post, which is part of a snap-sharing-blog-linky series that you are very welcome to join. Click here for further information and guidelines upon this linky should you wish to take part.
After struggling to sleep through the howling wind and rain, we woke to a power-cut – not the best start to the weekend! Shortly after the power-out, we received E’s latest PCR results via text and low and behold she’s having to isolate for the next however many days as Covid has made an unwelcome return to our household.
Talk about a ‘stormy outlook’, it feels as if it never rains but it pours at present. Poor E has to skip her School Christmas Show as well as the Christmas crafting day which she was so looking forward to. Whilst I’m having to write up cover for work and rearrange various appointments which I’d had planned for this week coming, including E’s dentist appointment which I’d purposefully rearranged so as not to interfere with her end of term plans.
Looking on the bright side, E has no symptoms whatsoever (thank the Lord or whoever/ whatever may be looking down upon us) and so other than having to suffer homeschool, she’s otherwise absolutely fine.
Here’s hoping E remains on the better side of covid and that the weather improves, as our poor trampoline has taken a battering, that and I’m sick to the back teeth of the endless storms.
Thanks for reading my #MySundaySnapshot post, I look forward to catching up and sharing your #MySundaySnapshot pictures either through your own posts, social media shares or comments upon this post.

I am so sorry to hear that. I wish her a speedy recovery, and I am so glad that she does not have any symptoms.

Sorry to hear that, it all sounds very miserable! It is at least positive that E has no symptoms.
I hope that E continues to stay well and that the storms end soon, wishing you a much brighter outlook. x
Ugh! What a rotten week.
