As promised, we took the kids to the local Dickensian festival this afternoon. I think that it was one of the busiest years I have ever seen as the town was packed to the rafters with people. Once upon a time, I would have loved being amidst the hustle and bustle of a festival but this year not so much…Β I found the whole experience massively overwhelming. Thankfully, we made it through the afternoon and the kids had a great time which was pleasing to see.
Thanks for reading myΒ #MySundaySnapshotΒ post, I look forward to catching up and sharing yourΒ #MySundaySnapshotΒ pictures either through your own posts, social media shares or comments upon this post.

Sorry to hear you found it overwhelming, but it’s good that the kids enjoyed it. I know I would have found it overwhelming too.
I can’t believe how close the wheel is to the buildings!
Itβs years since I went on one of those
I understand what you mean. I couldn’t go to our festival this year because the crowds are too overwhelming for me. I’m glad the kids had a good time though and the photo is amazing.
What a joy fairs are for children. At that time you don’t realise how exhausting it is for parents … But it brings so nice memories
