Welcome to this week’s #MySundaySnapshot post, which is part of a snap-sharing-blog-linky series that you are very welcome to join. Click here for further information and guidelines upon this linky should you wish to take part.
We braved the crowds (and the odd spat of rain) to spend a few hours strolling around the local Dickensian Festival with the kids this weekend. As we’d expected, it was incredibly busy though we were lucky to find the perfect parking place almost upon arrival and thus didn’t waste too much time before delving into the Dickensian spirit, browsing the realms of stalls, shops, rides, and various festive attractions.
The kids had a great time – they swiftly filled our pockets, emptied our wallets, and stuffed themselves silly with sweets, snacks, and an obligatory ‘Chippy Bank’ before our trip home.
Thanks for reading my #MySundaySnapshot post, I look forward to catching up and sharing your #MySundaySnapshot pictures either through your own posts, social media shares, or comments upon this post.

It sounds like a lovely thing to do at this time of year.
I have not been on one of those in years
It sounds like a lovely evening and I’m glad the weather was ok.
