#MySundaySnapshot – Marvellous Muncaster 44/52 (2019)

Welcome to this week’s #MySundaySnapshot post, which is part of a snap-sharing-blog-linky series that you are very welcome to join. Click here for further information and guidelines upon this linky should you wish to take part.

It has been the most wicked week, ridiculously busy but all the more awesome for everything that we have achieved.

We began the week with a return to routine following a rather relaxed half-term. We’ve since been busy with school, homework, gymnastics, Music lessons, day-trips, evenings out, playdates and of course Halloween.

We have had the best Halloween this year; J and I spent the day at the marvellous Muncaster Castle making lanterns, looking at the spooky decor and getting in the mood for All Hallows Eve.

We then got our ghoulish garments on and spent an hour or two ‘trick or treating’ around our local area. We went all out for Halloween this year and it was all the better for it!

It’s been a real none-stop week which even included a spontaneous trip to Southport on Saturday to collect a brand new bed for our darling daughter. It’s since taken us five hours to dismantle a bed, build her new bed, make and dress the bed then rearrange her room and tidy up… I’m exhausted!

Next up, we have swimming lessons, Sunday Lunch at the in-laws and then a bonfire and fireworks display to attend. Weekends are certainly for the wicked as there is no rest under this roof!

Thanks for reading my #MySundaySnapshot post, I look forward to catching up and sharing your #MySundaySnapshot pictures either through your own posts, social media shares or comments upon this post.

What a spectacular castle. Very gothic and perfect for Halloween. What a busy wee you’ve had, I hope this week is a little less manic x

My daughter strolled in while I had your pic on screen and she commented on how great it was! I is taken from a great perspective and love the blue sky. Your half-term was a week ahead of ours. Still have an inset day to go tomorrow! Thanks for hosting #MySUndaySnapshot

That looks like a great place to visit for Halloween. You certainly made the best of it! I can’t believe you managed to fit that much in on a school day!
