Welcome to this week’s #MySundaySnapshot post, which is part of a snap-sharing-blog-linky series that you are very welcome to join. Click here for further information and guidelines upon this linky should you wish to take part.
I feel as if I have had the weight of the world resting upon my shoulders this week. Rather than swiping away the stress, I’ve just allowed myself to wallow in my own worries, which I now realise isn’t healthy nor productive.
I usually shrug stress away by playing the piano, listening to music, watching television, reading a book, or cleaning the house from top to bottom. To avoid suffering from four-wall-syndrome and to pick myself up from the slump which I somehow seemed to fall into, I took a little drive time.
Whilst the weather has been a bit hit and miss of late, we’ve had some spectacular sunsets this week one of which lit the entire landscape with a golden glow. It may have been freezing outside, but I felt much warmer, much happier and far better for taking a little time ‘out out’.
“Sometimes, I feel the fear of uncertainty stinging clear
And I can’t help but ask myself how much I’ll let the fear
Take the wheel and steer”

Sorry to hear that you haven’t been feeling great. Glad the drive helped.
Yeh it usually does me good to get out.
I hope you feel better soon, sometimes changing scene helps a lot X #mysundaysnapshot
Thanks x
I think I’m on the same wavelength at the moment, do you think it’s weather related? I certainly have four wall syndrome, I didn’t leave the house for 10 days, and when I did, it floored me 🙁 I love the photo, you can’t beat a lovely sunset and the glow really is golden. x
Yeh it could be weather related I guess. I just can’t get out of the low mood at present !
A change of scene always helps me feel a bit better. Beautiful photo
