Welcome to this week’s #MySundaySnapshot post, which is part of a snap-sharing-blog-linky series that you are very welcome to join. Click here for further information and guidelines upon this linky should you wish to take part.
It’s been almost a week now since we packed up our belongings and made our way to my Mums as our house has been bombarded with builders, plasterers, plumbers, and such-like. Though I’m enjoying the break from being at home and of course spending time with my Mum, I must admit I’m missing my home comforts and surroundings somewhat.
I’m guessing it’ll be a fortnight or so before we return home and then I’m aware we have an awful lot of painting, cleaning, shopping and sorting to do before will be anywhere near to normal. I’ll be honest, it’s a tad overwhelming when I sit and think about all that we have yet to do but it’ll all be worth it in the long run I’m certain.
I guess I need to just ‘go with the flow’, have patience, and sit pretty for a couple of weeks whilst putting my mental ‘to do lists’ to rest for a while. At least I’m surrounded by wonderful walks, stunning scenery, fabulous flowers, and these pretty purple petals to keep me distracted.
Thanks for reading my #MySundaySnapshot post, I look forward to catching up and sharing your #MySundaySnapshot pictures either through your own posts, social media shares or comments upon this post.

I am sure all the work will be worth it in the long run. For now, enjoy the beautiful place and the company of your mum.

We will thanks
The flowers are beautiful. It’s good that you have been able to escape the chaos to stay with your mum for a while. It will definitely all be worth it in the end!
Thanks Sarah x
