Welcome to this week’s #MySundaySnapshot post, which is part of a snap-sharing-blog-linky series that you are very welcome to join. Click here for further information and guidelines upon this linky should you wish to take part.
It’s not often that my Mum and I get to go out together, thus an evening in Ambleside to visit the cinema together was a real treat. Whilst the film was a bit flat, it was great to spend some time together and to have a few drinks, some giggles, and to make yet more happy memories.
I took this rather scenic snapshot whilst walking to the cinema when the weather was warm if a little cloudy. It was a completely different scene to that of two hours later after we’d finished watching the film when the sky was much darker and the heavens had opened soaking us in monsoon-style rain… and of course, we’d left our jackets in the car, typical!
Thanks for reading my #MySundaySnapshot post, I look forward to catching up and sharing your #MySundaySnapshot pictures either through your own posts, social media shares or comments upon this post.

That house is SO cute!! Does someone live there or is it a shop? Def fairy tale material!
What a fantastic, quirky building! How lovely to spend some time with your mum.
Sorry the film was flat and you got wet, but that’s a great photo and I’m glad you enjoyed time out with your Mum x
It sounds like you had a lovely evening with your mum. Who cares that the film wasn’t great when you had good company.
What a cute little house. x
