Welcome to this week’s #MySundaySnapshot post, which is part of a snap-sharing-blog-linky series that you are very welcome to join. Click here for further information and guidelines upon this linky should you wish to take part.
I know it’s a bit British of me to complain but this week was so hot, wasn’t it? We had planned to carry out our very own ‘homeschool’ sports day on Thursday but with temperatures over thirty-odd degrees, there was no chance anyone was running anything other than the hosepipe!
Don’t get me wrong, I love the hot weather but sadly my skin doesn’t feel the same way, thus I spend most of the summer sat under a parasol daubed in factor fifty.
Oh, how lovely it was to see such beautiful blue skies though sadly the sunshine has left us for now.
Thanks for reading my #MySundaySnapshot post, I look forward to catching up and sharing your #MySundaySnapshot pictures either through your own posts, social media shares or comments upon this post.

It has been warm. Raining here a lot. Not sure I’d like 30 degrees. Hope you’re having a better week x
It’s been an interesting week …
What a beautiful photo. A home school sports day sounds like a lovely idea, but I can totally understand why you decided to give it a miss!
Love the photo! I’m not a sun lover, but the kids have enjoyed cooling off in the pool this week.
We couldn’t have been without a pool this week, though outside is now stormy and cold.
It has been far too hot.
What a stunning view! That is a beautiful sky x
It was glorious, sad to say we are now having stormy weather
Hopefully the sun will be back again soon. The home sports day is a fab idea
