Welcome to this week’s #MySundaySnapshot post, which is part of a snap-sharing-blog-linky series that you are very welcome to join. Click here for further information and guidelines upon this linky should you wish to take part.
It’s been a beautiful sunny Saturday and with Paul having finally turned a corner in terms of his recovery, we were able to enjoy a steady sunshine stroll through the fields with the dogs. It’s been three weeks since we last had burgers from the van in The Square and though the price has gone up since then (hasn’t everything gone up?) they seemed even more delicious than usual.
It’s funny how the little things in life can make the biggest difference, even if it was only half an hour out in the fresh air, a few burgers and a beer or two – the change of scenery and the sunshine certainly brought back my smile and I’m feeling a whole lot more like me.
Thanks for reading my #MySundaySnapshot post, I look forward to catching up and sharing your #MySundaySnapshot pictures either through your own posts, social media shares or comments upon this post.

I’m glad Paul is finally feeling a bit better and you managed to get out and enjoy the fresh air. That purple really is stunning.
I am also very glad that Paul is doing better and you were able to enjoy some time outside. Perfect purple flower indeed.
