“And all shall fade
The flowers of spring
The world and all the sorrow
At the heart of everything
But still it stays
The butterfly sings
And opens purple summer
With the flutter of its wings’

That’s a beautiful image and poem!
Lovely! We had lots of these in our garden a few weeks ago, but they’ve all died back now. There’s lots more flowers starting to bloom, it is so nice to see.
I do love purple flowers, such a lovely photograph.
I like them Grape hyacinth we have them growing in our garden
