Welcome to this week’s #MySundaySnapshot post, which is part of a snap-sharing-blog-linky series that you are very welcome to join. Click here for further information and guidelines upon this linky should you wish to take part.
Day twenty-seven in the ‘Big Mother House’ and the kids have officially turned feral – I’m kidding, well sort of… We have successfully completed yet another week of homeschooling and whilst we’ve done our very best to keep things to some sort of schedule, I’ve suffered somewhat as I seem to have slipped into a calendar coma – I’m barely able to tell what day of the week of it is, nevermind what the time might be…
It’s a bit like Christmas, only without the fun, the joy, our family, our friends or any sort of celebrating… I’m half-tempted to crack open the crackers and chow down on the cheese as there’s very little else to enjoy in the current climate.
Thankfully we’ve had good weather and we are lucky to have a big-ish garden for the kids to play in. They have also been going for walks with their Dad and the dog each day, otherwise, I worry that we’d lose the plot entirely.
I’m all for spending time at home but it’s a tough time for the kids being locked inside – they miss their friends, their family, and their freedom – as do we.
I only hope that in a few weeks or months this lockdown malarkey will cease, the sun will shine and things will get a whole lot better. Until there – I’m sharing a snap of the pale but bright sunshine for you 🙂
Thanks for reading my #MySundaySnapshot post, I look forward to catching up and sharing your #MySundaySnapshot pictures either through your own posts, social media shares or comments upon this post.

Glad things seem to have went a bit better this week. The sunshine is nice to see. Fingers crossed it continues xx
What a beautiful sky. It is hard when the days all blend into one, but hopefully things will start to improve soon.
We are certainly blending at present
The sun is always good. I’m hoping to get into some sort of routine going starting tomorrow. I’m getting fed up of not knowing what day it is.
It is a bit bizarre isn’t it
Ahh! Most days I don’t know what day it is and I have lost all sense of time. lol
At least the weather has been nice. I think it would have been rotten if the weather was miserable x
I know ! It’s at least spring
I’ve lost all sense of time and days but so glad the weather is nice, not sure how we would cope if it was winter
