Welcome to the another week of the #MySundaySnapshot blog series, a recently launched blog-linky which you are very welcome to join. Click here for further information and guidelines upon this linky should you wish to take part.
As you may have read in my previous posts, earlier this week we took the kids and the hound to Grizedale Forest for the day. Whilst walking around the woods, we were sure to take plenty of snaps, a few of which I used my lovely lens ball to capture curvy shots with.
I love how the lens ball gives almost an enchanted effect upon the pictures which are taken through it, although it’s really awkward to hold the ball in one hand whilst trying to snap shots with the other! I’d hate to drop either the ball or my phone, I should really use the stand provided but wheres the fun in that?!
“Walk with me my little child,
To the forest of denial,
Speak with me my only mind,
Walk with me until the time,
And make the forest turn to wine,
You take the legend for a fall…”
System Of A Down – Forest

I’ve never used a lens ball before but it looks fab. I love the look it gives. Great capture x
Thanks x
Great photo. I’d never really considered how hard it must be to hold the lens ball and take a photo at the same time. I find it hard enough to smile and hold the phone while taking a selfie!
Yeh it’s awkward for small hands heheb
I love my lens ball but it is a pain, especially when I’m using my big camera! The effects it creates are worth the hassle though – this is a lovely pic!
Hehe they are heavy to hold too
