Welcome to this week’s #MySundaySnapshot post, which is part of a snap-sharing-blog-linky series that you are very welcome to join. Click here for further information and guidelines upon this linky should you wish to take part.
With the clocks leaping forward by an hour during the early hours, I’m more than ready to spring forward in time and to enjoy those lighter nights ahead. The past few days haven’t felt much like spring as we’ve been battered by rain, hale, and gale-force winds, which is about right for the weekend. All the grey skies and grim weather are a little depressing if I’m honest, I yearn for spring sunshine and the brighter, beautiful shades of the season, thus I’ve chosen to brighten my blog (and hopefully my mood) this week with a little flower power.
On a cheery note, we’ve only got a few more days of school and work before the Easter holidays arrive and we can take some time out together. It’ll be weird being at home without the endless need to login to check for the latest homeschool tasks, work emails, or whatever else – weird but wonderful to wake without the worries of ‘lockdown living’.
Thanks for reading my #MySundaySnapshot post, I look forward to catching up and sharing your #MySundaySnapshot pictures either through your own posts, social media shares or comments upon this post.

What a beautiful bunch of flowers. I hope you all get to enjoy the break and some better weather.
Thanks – me too!
It’s crazy isn’t it. We’ve had the kids home so much already this year but I’m so looking forward to school being out for a couple of weeks without the stress of homeschooling. If they all come home with a ton of homework I’m going to be really upset. I love your flowers, they have really cheered me up this morning.
Oh thanks – yeh I hope homework isn’t a thing over half term too!
