It’s been such a busy but wonderful week; though we’ve had work and the usual routine to run around for, on Tuesday Paul and I travelled down to Manchester to see the terrifically talented Tori Amos play live at the Apollo – she was, as always, absolutely amazing and whats more, I came home with a bag full of goodies including a personally signed poster!
I then spent Thursday with both my Mother-in-law and my Mum to celebrate what was my Mum’s sixty-sixth birthday at a local restaurant where we enjoyed a scrumptious afternoon tea, I was then dropped at home to have our new washing machine delivered.
Come Friday I was completely and utterly exhausted but was energised at least by the glorious sunshine and so took my little lady out to enjoy an hour or so playing on the park, which is where we took this bright and beautiful snap of these pretty purple flowers.
Thankfully the sunshine seems to have stayed with us for the weekend thus we will be off out shortly for our weekly dog walk and burgers. I hope you are all doing well and enjoying the spectacular spring weather.
