Welcome to this week’s #MySundaySnapshot post, which is part of a snap-sharing-blog-linky series that you are very welcome to join. Click here for further information and guidelines upon this linky should you wish to take part.
It’s only been a week since the half-term holidays yet it feels like far longer as we’re back to being busy, running around attending various classes, activities, events and such-like. Despite having had a full week of rest and relaxation, I’m already exhausted! Life seems to be somewhat overwhelming of late, especially with all that has and is ongoing within the World.
I don’t know about you but I’ve found myself replacing the radio with music, turning off or flicking channels on the television and putting my phone to one side in order to escape our current reality. Whilst I don’t wish to ignore the truth of the terror and the trauma that so many are suffering at present, I feel that my family have struggled enough what with losing a number of close family members and spending two years living through a World pandemic. Thus I’m opting to stay positive by slapping on a smile and faking it till I make it… fake can indeed be fabulous – look at these flowers for instance.
Thanks for reading my #MySundaySnapshot post, I look forward to catching up and sharing your #MySundaySnapshot pictures either through your own posts, social media shares or comments upon this post.

Thanks for hosting this link up. Life is challenging and sometimes we need a rest or change as well.
These flowers are beautiful. Always, flowers are great for a cheerful photography time 🙂
Have a great week ahead!

There is certainly a lot of awful things going on in the world right now. While it’s important to be informed, there’s definitely no harm in taking a step back from it sometimes either.
Ahh! I have been avoiding the world news too. Thank goodness for Netflix.
What beautiful flowers. x
Tell me about it and thanks – they are fake !
