Welcome to this week’s #MySundaySnapshot post, which is part of a snap-sharing-blog-linky series that you are very welcome to join. Click here for further information and guidelines upon this linky should you wish to take part.
The government obviously has money to spend as it seems every other road around this area is being closed in order to carry out maintenance of some sort. I forever seem to be taking lengthy detours and whilst I enjoy the scenery, I wasn’t all that keen on getting lost down a farm track earlier this week, it’s stress that I simply don’t need!
Thank goodness it’s the weekend thus we needn’t go too far from home, what with the endless road closures and storm Malik, I’d rather not venture out anyhow!
Thanks for reading my #MySundaySnapshot post, I look forward to catching up and sharing your #MySundaySnapshot pictures either through your own posts, social media shares or comments upon this post.

I hope the road works are completed soon. In the meantime they are giving you some lovely photo opportunities x
Oh yes and farmyard detours also lol
Ugh! What a faff for you with all the road closures. The views are so pretty though x
They so are
It is the same where I live with road works everywhere and diversions is a right pain x #mysundaysnapshot
The might seem to have money but if it is like around here in Oxfordshire the close the road for a week so bodge it and leg it can do something then when it opens again there is no difference, the pot holes are still there.
What a stunning scene, but totally get where you’re coming from with not needing the endless diversions! Hope the road closures come to an end soon.
