And so here are in January already, Christmas strangely feels like such a long time ago now…or is that just me?
We spent New Year’s Eve with my Mum where we enjoyed a buffet, board games, karaoke, and a few drinks whilst we counted down the hours till just before midnight. We then shared some sparklers on the driveway before strolling down to the square to watch the fireworks as the clock struck twelve.
And just like that, 2021 was done and dusted. Happy New Year and best wishes to you all, here’s hoping that 2022 will be a very happy and healthy year ahead.
Thanks for reading my #MySundaySnapshot post, I look forward to catching up and sharing your #MySundaySnapshot pictures either through your own posts, social media shares or comments upon this post.

How lovely to get out and see fireworks! Every year we play board games with my parents, then watch the fireworks on TV.
Happy new year to you!
Happy new year x
We played computer games as a family and enjoyed cheese and crackers, before going outside to meet the neighbours and say Happy New Year while watching fireworks. Happy New Year to you and yours Rachel x
And to you too x
Sounds like you had a wonderful New Years Eve. I like how that house has been decorated like a smiley face and the firework display. Happy new Year
It’s not my house hehe – but it is nicely decorated !
